1. The building smells like weed because there is a dispensary on the first floor
2. The office space is dirty and cluttered and there are houseplants everywhere.
3. On my most recent visit there were trash cans in the hallways that were catching water leaks due to rain. We had to walk around them to get to and from the testing room.
4. The dry erase markers are old and dont hold up for the entire test, so you need to waste time getting a new one.
5. The cubicles are separated by very minimal dividers, you do not have much privacy.
The woman that runs the desk is doing the best she can under the circumstances. Shes very nice every time I go. This is not a review of her. Its just an odd venue and the atmosphere is not fostering any academic pursuits.
