Never ever made it to my appointment. I live in ocean shores wa. I got to olympia when I got a call that she cancelled my appointment. Asked to use another person and she told me no. Asked about just doing a walk in, and was told no. At this point the best thing for me is to let you all know not to use this beauty shop as the owner want to do everyone’s hair and not share the business with the others in the shop. When I called to make the appointment the lady had issues with her daughter. Whe she cancelled my appointment it was about her husband. This lady is just to full of excuses for me and is not dependable . I am actually glad because I would have probably left looking like a freak. I do not recommend this beauty school.
I brought my daughter in for a last minute trim. The woman cutting her hair, I believe the owner, was not personable at all. She didn’t try to make my 7 year old feel comfortable at all and was not gentle with her, using her hands to roughly guide where she wanted her to look. She also used a hair straightener on her slightly wavy hair before cutting it. She did this without asking. I do not agree with putting extreme heat on children’s hair and have never been anywhere where they need to have it straight in order to trim it. I definitely don’t recommend this as a kid friendly spot and we will not be going back, especially because the cost was similar to great clips or any other cheaper salon.
I have been going to Lees Beauty School for many years. My mom has been going even longer. I receive 5 star service and Seattle Salon results. I am more than pleased to call this my home for hair and nails. Noor is a beautiful soul and she takes care of everyone with grace and kindness. She is a true professional.
