My sons classroom experience at MLC was positive overall but, as a parent, the poor communication, unpredictable schedule and overall lack of professionalism from the administrative team made for a negative experience. I know there arent many choices for childcare in Asheville but, when given the choice, we were so happy to find a more reliable, consistent and drama-free alternative.
I arrived 10 minutes late for a tour that was supposed to last 30 minutes and was told to leave and reschedule while in the parking lot, holding my 1 year old daughter. We weren’t greeted, just told that we were late so we needed to leave. I asked if we could chat for a few minutes and forfeit the tour since we still had time left of our window and I was then told that we wouldn’t be a good fit. The drama went on, but who even cares. What a bizarre way to run a preschool.
