This is the worst Academy to invest in. My grandson has been attending this Academy for about 3yrs, he has had his personal belongings stolen from him on several occasions. When ever I have attempted to address any concerns the excuse is ALWAYS Ms. Blackmon is off campus. Clearly there is a lack of concern from the Administration Staff and the Director of the Academy. The culture that is being demonstrated by the Staff/Director is that it’s definitely not about the students. When it relates to receiving important information many times the emails are delivered late in the evening. This Academy is not organized at all. Lastly, trying to communicate with Ms. Neal is frustrating, because she is so unbothered and never sympathetic to my concerns. At this point I think this will be our last year attending/patronizing Devyne Stephenson Academy.
