We have been with compass charters for 3 years now! The options program has been an amazing program for me and my children! I always rave about it over and over on how great it is! I love the opportunity to be able to set up your childs learning path according to their individual abilities. I love to tailor their education specifically to their needs!these past years Ive learned every child learns differently, and thanks to compass charters options program I can individually pick from the variety of vendors what books I would like to use with each of my 3 kids!!! Im extremely satisfied with them and my assigned personal educational facilitator who is always helping us look and choose the right path for my kids!
I have three children (one in high school and two in middle school) who switched from California Connections Academy after being there for 4 years, to Compass Charter School and they are absolutely loving the change! The kids love the new system, it is really easy to use and keep up with. The teachers keep great communication with the kids and parents which was something Connections always lacked. The kids also love the fact that they are truly in charge of their own schedule and course completion, it is very flexible which is important for preparing them for the future.
We absolutely love Compass Charter School and would recommend it to any parent looking for a quality education for their children.
Compass has been such a wonderful experience for our family! I like the way they run their charter/funding/website/etc. Compass was the best fit for our family because they gave us maximum funding and prorated it when we came in later in the school year (several other charters I had researched did not prorate, nor did they have as much funding as Compass provided), they required only 2 work samples per month, and they were swift to reply to my inquiries (whereas some charters seemed to bogged down to respond). Their staff have always been friendly and helpful. The educational facilitator we have is wonderful and eager to help yet gives us our space. A great fit for our family!
