A2Z does not operate from this location any longer. I booked a 2 hour massage and was charged (from my prepaid package) for a 4 hours massage with no prior notice. The front office staff was flip and unhelpful. I will travel to Reseda or Santa Monica rather than go back to my local location. Massage Hubs is leasing the TO location. Def not worth the time or money.

As a follow up, the owner of A2Z, Lilah, reached out, very concerned about the negative review and refunded 2 sessions plus the remaining 4 I had pre-purchased. This is how business should be done. She wanted to know what happened and then did everything to make it right. Go visit them in Reseda and Santa Monica where you can get a fantastic student massage or a cert massage therapist. Very appreciative of her concern.

I’ve enjoyed A2Z Health for over ten years. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad massage and only a few mediocre experiences. (Considering this is a school and sometimes the students don’t have many hours in, this is really remarkable!) The vast majority of massages have been good to excellent. Sometimes exceeding the quality I’ve received by experienced, licensed practitioners at spas!
The facility is no-frills, but hands-on quality and value is more important to me than decadence and decor.
Booking appointments is always quick and easy. Kylie is fantastic! I really appreciate how she always does her best to accommodate my calendar and requests.

The massage I received here was really great. BUT the room was freezing cold and as the treatment went on, I continued to get colder and colder. I asked if the student could turn the heat on, but she said she didn’t have control over that.

I had a really hard time relaxing as a result, and when I went to the front desk to check out, the attendants there had their own space heater on but nothing was provided for the patients.

I had to blast the heat in my car just to warm up and it took me over an hour standing by the heater at home to get my body temperature up to normal.

Honestly not sure I’d recommend the experience???
