ive been here multiple times in the past two years and this is definitely my favorite visit so far. i was nervous coming in, since i was getting bangs for the first time and still wasn’t even sure which color i wanted to dye my hair. electra was my hairstylist and she was so incredibly nice to me, letting me bring my girlfriend back with me and asking me questions to help me relax. we bonded over matching shoes and fidget toys, and then all of a sudden my hair was cut! sarah hung out with us as well and she was extremely helpful and entertaining the whole time.
i had my doubts while my hair was wet, but when it dried i was truly impressed. i feel so much more confident, and i look like a rockstar ?? of course i had to go out right after and show off my new look (as pictured) and ive already gotten plenty of compliments 😉
thank you guys so much!!

Terrible customer service. The receptionist boy & girl who sit at the front should not be in customer service. It would be a better career choice to not work with people if at 10am, you’re “so over people”. You work in customer service, learn some manners! I called in prior to arriving and yet after 40 minutes, they were still setting up. When I asked “how much longer it was going to be” I got rude remarks from the staff… they began talking rudely about me to one another including “i don’t care if she can hear me”… pick another career… I would not recommend this place! Drive a little further & go to Ravenscroft Beauty College!
I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone due to safety concerns. There have been multiple shooting threats and so much drama it is literally hindering the students ability to learn in the time allotted within the curriculum. The students pay about $18,000 to be taught cosmetology and how to work with clients in a professional manner and management has allowed these threats and drama to affect the students. This school needs reported to the US Department of Labor and OSHA. The students affected should be allowed to restart their training and compensated to ensure they are learning the content so they are successful.
