We have had a wonderful experience at Children’s Learning Ladder with two of our kids. My 2 year old son is always excited to go to school and loves his teacher, Kallie. We notice so many good behaviors at home (sharing, cleaning up, showing empathy, saying please) that he definitely has been taught at school. We noticed the same with our daughter who is now in 1st grade. She was well prepared for Kindergarten. We appreciate that they keep the classes small (4 kids max. with 1 teacher in 2 year old room, for example). The director, Landra, is as flexible as possible with scheduling and prompt with communications. Everyone that works there is very kind, cheerful, and nice to talk to.
My experience with this business was not good. I was treated badly by management and employees. I had a question about a registration fee I had paid and when I called in to the center to ask about it the girl was very rude and hung up on me. After touring the place decided it wasnt a good fit for my family. As of April 2023 they still required to wear a mask to tour which I did not agree with. The facilities are outdated.
As a mom of four between the ages of 18 and 2; I’ve been to my share of daycare facilities – and Children’s Learning Ladder is more than that; it’s like a second home for my little one. The staff is so warm and truly cares about each and every child. The kids always have a fun activity planned for the day and are able to express themselves through different kinds of play. I am so glad we found CLL!
