Our family has been lucky enough to experience both the preschool and kindergarten at St Mark’s and I truly can’t recommend it enough. The teachers and staff are all so kind, caring, supportive – and fun! They are all very knowledgeable in early childhood development. We have seen our little ones thrive under this thoughtful care that allows them to explore their own interests and personalities, while encouraging age-appropriate growth and development.

My son loves his Clover preschool class and can’t wait to go to each morning! This is his first school experience, and he immediately felt right at home in the sweet classroom (filled with both familiar and new activities), and especially in the play yard – where he can climb, build, and dig. He has learned how to develop friendships with other children, while being given so many opportunities to explore, play, and create.

The half-day kindergarten program was ideal for our family and daughter. While St Mark’s allows children plenty of time and space to play independently and with friends, I was especially blown away at how much our little one learned. Despite the shorter day, she was more than ready to navigate first grade (socially and academically) in the fall.

Words cannot fully describe how much I love St. Mark’s. It has been such a wonderful place for my three year old to grow. Teachers are present, engaged and intentional. It feels like I’m dropping my child off to people who love her as their own. The parenting classes have helped my husband and I to have shared understanding of child development and strategies for parenting situations that arise. St. Mark’s is a very special place and I’m so grateful to be able to be part of the community.
St. Mark’s has an incredible staff of loving teachers who value their relationship with children and families as their top priority. When my sons attended school here, I felt that I had finally found my village of support for my parenting journey. I have a stronger relationship with each of my children because of what I learned by watching teacher’s model the St. Mark’s philosophy and by participating in their parenting classes (three times! ;). Oh, and of course my kids loved it too!
