As I look back on my time at Mt Hira College since 2022, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful for the journey I’ve been on. Being a part of this school has been an absolute blessing.

From day one, I’ve been welcomed with open arms by the amazing staff, enthusiastic students, and supportive community. It’s like finding a second family here–a place where I feel truly valued and appreciated.

Every day, I’m inspired by the curiosity and passion my students bring to learning about their faith. Watching them grow spiritually and seeing their genuine dedication is what makes teaching here so fulfilling.

What’s even more remarkable is the school’s commitment to inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging for every student. The values of respect and compassion aren’t just talked about–they’re lived out in every interaction and decision made at Mt Hira College.

Looking ahead, I’m excited for the future and all the wonderful opportunities that await. My time here has not only shaped me professionally but has also touched my heart in ways I never imagined.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the chance to be a part of Mt Hira College’s journey. It’s an extraordinary place where faith, community, and excellence come together in the most beautiful way.

Highly recommended!

It saddens me to read all the negative reviews here slandering the most beautiful and kind hearted principal of Mt Hira College, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.

I am so happy to work at Mt Hira College, for finally having a work life balance, and inshaAllah for my daughter to attend the school in the future as I’ve seen day in and day out Dr Toni going above and beyond for this college, its students and staff. On most days she leaves the college past 8pm! I’ve never met a leader except my previous principal who owned the school she was leading, leave that late so often! So please be mindful of the hate you spread. She is a human at the end of the day who is working so hard for our children! And you can see her hard work in the school! Once, a school which barely had any Islam in it, you can feel the spirit of Ramadan every year now. Teaching is already so hard and it’s not the fault of the principal or the school that there’s a high turn over of teachers, it’s the government. Every school is experiencing this!

People have lost their gratitude. Please spend this Ramadan looking into your imam and your actions. I’m so sorry the principal has to deal with people who can’t tolerate minor inconveniences in their lives and instead of dealing with their big feelings, choose to defame and slander the beautiful Mt Hira College. May Allah guide us all, especially the self entitled, self absorbed reviewers here who may not even have any leadership experience or policy knowledge to make those accusations. May Allah protect Dr Toni and the college from these people and their ill intentions. Ameen.

Mt. Hira is a great school. As a teacher at Mt. Hira I feel that I am valued and supported by leadership. We have fantastic teachers, all who work very hard at providing the best education and care.
I have family and friends attending and working at this school. The comments made are completely true. It saddens me to see this once wonderful place turn to a depressing, toxic work environment for brilliant teachers. Teachers are burning out, this is evident for the numerous CRT teachers we have on a daily in the school. Not only this, but a school that says they have “Islamic” values, do not allow their teachers to leave early during the holy month of Ramadan. Parents should be alarmed at this, why are teachers staying back another 45 minutes without children during this month? Mt Hira, do not call yourself an Islamic school when you can not treat the most sacred occupation, teaching, with the respect it deserves. Shame on the principal and shame on everyone covering for the principal.
As a proud teacher from Mt Hira College I have to say I am extremely saddened by the hurtful speech and words used towards a Muslim women, a mother and a hard-working dedicated member of our Ummah.
Regardless of our personal opinions we should always be mindful of how our words affect others and more importantly our own eman. This is a low act to attack someones personality and character in an attempt to shame and degrade a Muslimah.
Dr Toni is a strong, educated, inspirational working mother Mashallah.
Dr Toni is loved and respected dearly by all of the staff who have stood by her and will Inshallah continue to do so at our beautiful College.
Mt Hira College is the best place to be as a student and a staff member we are a family alhumdililah.
I am a mother of students attending the school and a Teacher at the school alhumdililah.
