Pros:
– Nice facility
– Downtown location
– Staff was really helpful before the party
– Kids liked the experiments
Cons:
– 90 mins is not enough for a party of this size
– They strictly enforce the time limits — our guests complained about being screamed at while waiting for the elevator
– They said there was going to be plenty of street parking. There wasn’t. Many of our guests were late for this exact reason. After the party began, we were told that they can validate parking tickets for a few of our guests at a nearby building. Too late and almost useless anyway.
Bottom line:
We are not coming back. Most of our guests probably are not either.
