Awful place!!!My child has been a swimmer there for the past couple of months and payments for each month are made the previous month. I paid 6/25 for the month of July and on 7/25 my child was denied entry by Mya since payment wasnt made yet for Aug but we were paid up until the month of July. Completely unacceptable that her coward manager gave her those directions and wasnt present to support his cowardly decisions. Since my membership the class has been cancelled multiple times and never did I request for a refund.
I think SafeSplash swim School has one of the best swim lessons program that I know about they have wonderful instructors and they are very patient and understanding with the children and also the adults. They also have seniors who have the desire to learn how to swim at an older age and they feel safe with the instructors.
Highly Recommand! The staff are amazing and love my daughter. She always have a great time during her classes and never wants to leave lol. They always put saftey and the children first. I love the choice I made for my daughter with this swim school.
