I’ve been learning violin here under the instruction of Celeste and could not have picked a better place to train. Celeste has a very effective form of teaching, incorporating learning based on primary goals as a musician, rather than focusing on learning paths outside of the student’s scope of interest. She is even willing to learn a completely new song with you in order to help you advance. I hope to train with Celeste at M U S E for as long as I’m in Chicago.
Muse is wonderful! Celeste is such an amazing teacher – she is great with my 8 year old, amazing with children, she is patient and kind, gentle and builds confidence and interest. We couldnt imagine having a better experience! The recitals are twice a year and we enjoy them, the kids really shine. Celeste is so accommodating and easy to work with. Very responsive and professional. Shes wonderful and we adore her.
Celeste is an absolutely wonderful teacher — talented, encouraging and kind — and I highly recommend Muse School of Music! My daughter studied ukulele with Celeste both in person and virtually, and Celeste made both experiences meaningful and fun. I especially appreciate her creativity in making sure students who were remote still had a recital to showcase what they had learned. She makes learning music fun!
