Ive been coming here to get my hair colored by the student stylists for 2 years now and havent had a bad experience until today. On June 23, 2023 I had my hair color appointment with a student stylist by the name of Ashley (unsure of last name or spelling) My appointment time was set for 10:30AM, it took her and the supervising instructors one hour and a half to finally sit me at a styling station and begin the coloring process. Towards the end of my appointment after the coloring and shampoo, I had a simple style request for Ashley to do a single braid with synthetic hair that I provided Ashley stated that unfortunately she was short on time and there was no other stylists available to style my hair.(There was more than one stylists standing around with no clients) Although I did not argue with Ashleys statement and agreed that okay. Ashley then proceeded to spray detangler throughout my hair and told me that she was all done styling me. Leaving my hair along with the back of my shirt soaking wet and red hair dye stained all around my face, ears, and neck. Very disappointed
The service i received was great! But the way I felt in the atmosphere was disgusting. To see students walking around in stretch pants that are in butt was just rude.. actually pranced around back an forth getting supplies. It was obvious she didn’t have underwear on but I guest that was the point. A for service F for atmosphere and a D for disgusted.????
I love this school every body can do anybody hair well trained if they make a mistake they will fix it with no problem ?? I can’t wait until they reopened back up I need my hair done again they even do great with kids
