I’m not sure what these other reviews are about with the positive’ I have to be honest I have nothing positive to say about this school. I went to this school years ago when I went to Morgantown High school it was a tragedy and my failure I still blame that set me back in my Education’ life future’ That took me a long time to over come. from what I hear from other teens who go to this school right now the same stuff is happening that I remember happening when I was a student’ Also not to long ago there was a kid who was said committed suicide because of incidents happening at this school’ there is teens saying that the kid did not commit suicide he was pushed off a bridge from another student’ which i don’t know the truth but either way the situation was bad both ways. there is nothing but bullying fighting drugs sexual incidents happening when I went there and still are from what I hear. the teachers what a joke really they do nothing some teachers participate in the students actions or just stand by and do nothing about it. no support from anyone in the school. also if you are part of the lgbt community going to this school its even more hard with no support. student’s and some teachers will gang up together as a team and make threats.. I can’t stand this school..I feel sorry for anyone who has to to go through what I had to or anyone else. this school is vile even if Don knot’s went there or not.
Great academic public school. The AP program offers a lot of courses. It was easy to access WVU courses since both institutions are located downtown. My favorite AP course was Computer Science AB, and it led me to apply to the CS school in CMU. =)
High School is what YOU make of it. Certainly frustrations, but this school had so many positives, most noticeably of which was the student body – very, very diverse: national origin, religiously, economically. A good place to grow up.
