I called LaPetite academy to schedule a tour . Im assuming I was transferred to the corporate center. The lady politely told me that they were full until September and asked if I wanted to be placed on the waiting list, I told her sure. She told me that I have to go have a meeting with the director of the academy first which she schedule at 1pm on a Wednesday about two weeks ago.
I went to the facility at the schedule time and I was unpleasantly greeted with a women that walked the door. I didnt get her name. Shes African American woman with curly hair but she said that they dont do tours and she needed to update the website and they were full. While she was holding the door to escort me and my son out. I was telling her that I already had something schedule I wasnt just walking up. She just said they didnt do tours. At the time they had a 5 star rating and I was excited for my son to join. Nevertheless, the experience was nothing short of unprofessional. I will never give them my business how rude and dismissive the lady was at the door.
I was treated poorly and talked to as if I was one of the children by the director Delceda Neasman I simply was trying to find out how to register to view my child while in class and was talked to in a very aggressive and rude manor , I was told to take my child and remove ourselves from the campus , I reached out to the Owner Cheryl Odom and was basically told shes never had a problem from this rude lady in 15 yrs so I feel as if their wont be anything done !! The director escorted my child to the door by her arm with my babies picture she drew balled up with her jacket in hand as if she was the problem !! Delceda also made a gesture as if she wanted a physical altercation with me !! I would not recommend this center to anyone ! Very rude and unprofessional things could have been handled way better but werent if you spoke to me that way Im front of children and parents I could only imagine how you all treat these children and staff behind closed doors !!! Beware of their director!!! Oh she also called the cops on me smh horrible place!
My son has been going there for 2 months and he has a speech Delay. I was a little scared at first but he is doing good there and with us being new to Georgia the paperwork has been an easy process and they worked with us on the paperwork snics it took a little longer then it should have. We are so happy because soon my son will be getting the same speech therapy he did back in NC thanks to them. I love how they have a app that you can see how your child is doing and what they are doing. They are doing a great job and this mom is so happy.
