I have been through Soo much with this daycare mainly the Owner-Rita. First the 24hour advt. is a Gimmick. Once you attempt that option the price raises to 500/week. Bypassing that, there is lack of communication with changes and closing of business or early closings. The day of isn’t considerate of working single parents. Rita acts like she will rectify any complaint or concern only to turn it around on you and make you seem like the problem while raising her voice, and telling you that you can take your baby to another daycare. So unprofessional. Also on Friday mornings while rushing to drop off and get to work they want to press and hold up parents for payments! Again, how inconsiderate, as if we don’t have to pick our little one up! There’s no online payment option so big inconvenience. The staff changes so often it’s ridiculous, if it wasn’t for Ms. Yolanda and Ms.G ( who’s no longer there) I don’t know how we made it this far. I have tried to be patient and not come here with my frustrations and experiences with this daycare. I always attempted to discuss with her. But after over a year, I get a call and say I have to find my baby another daycare because I attempted to have a conversation with Rita ( owner) about the daycare being closed inconsistently on days with county schools (she claims) and no advance notices, parents have to miss work and still pay for care that week, she begin to get very nasty on the phone, yelling and out talking you as usual so I told her I would not continue the conversation being talked to like that and one hour later she has the elderly lady call and say my baby can no longer come to that daycare! First she say problems they’ve had with my baby, then I question that and she says problems they have with me and our relationship. So they can’t care for him any more! Just HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND IMMATURITY in Leadership! Let’s be clear this is also a week that’s been paid for that he wasn’t able to attend. My only sadness in this whole situation is for my son, who’s Autustic as well, he is use to that location and he absolutely loves Ms. Yolanda. She was his Gigi #2…

Let’ me be clear Rita! I am definitely not upset about anything. Nothing but truth was spoken in my review. I took the unprofessionalism and overlooked your attitude, and disrespectful comments many many times only for my son! No I don’t feel he was mistreated. Which is why we stayed with you. The young girls u had in and out that aren’t qualified to teach or work in a daycare, ofcourse I made my concerns known! That’s what a parent do! However you not being able to accept the boundaries that was put in place with you and you decided to kick him out. That’s ok too. Cause god will continue to open doors for me and my children. As far as I’m concerned, this is apart of his plan. So all is well and maybe one day you will reflect on your deliverence and not excuse it by saying I know how u are. Well I know how I am , and I know you can’t have an adult conversation with everyone.

If giving no stars was possible I would. I had the worst experience with this daycare being a first time mom was already not wanting to leave your baby in anyone care but having to go back to work. Ms. Yolanda(the assistant director) was the only reason my daughter even came to this school because she did my tour and in the beginning would be the only person I seen everyday. I say her being there a month she came home with different kids diapers on with THEIR NAME ON IT. She came home throwing up from not the color food that was sent for her an wondered what she ate if she had 2 out of 3 bottles left after a full day. THE OWNER RETTA is what’s gonna drive this business down. Her shoes were wrote on even though there was tape on it which we was told to make sure everything is labeled. I spoke to the owner first thing she say I’m not replacing or not buying no kids shoes. I said okay get that but I once never received an apology or anything. They tell you to call before hand and still wait over 30 minutes for your child. After waiting a while SOMETIMES they allow you to go back and get your baby the infant room have kids sitting at the high table not strapped in I witness the kid climbing out of the seat across the table. (Which the table in the infant room they are not supposed to be used). They’ve brought my daughter to the door no pants just a shirt and I asked where are clothes they said “she had on more clothes”. Not just me other parents I have witness waiting for pickup had 2 other kids bottles in her baby bag an not knowing if her baby ate from the other kid all because they have the same first name. We are no longer attending.
Would love MS. Yolanda in her own business she was the heart of that school.
Protect your babies

Edited: Be real she was 3 months and left at 9months so yes 6months and during most of that you wasn’t there. She also has Caps which of course take longer to transfer. Ms. Yolanda who I will forever say the best thing going for that school made sure she was well at times she was there. Her shoes on the phone stated you wouldn’t replace but would go to Home Depot to get something to remove. She wore those shoes the rest of that week and nothing was ever done. Wrong kid’s diapers and socks that aren’t hers. Was given wrong bibb with other kids name.

My 2 year old started this school when he was 1, this was the only daycare i had looked at really, i have a strong sense to read energy and i must say, since day 1, this school has been all we needed. I paid attention to things like being greeted by everyone when entering, how the teachers love and tend to the children. How they prioritize prayer and potty training for the little ones. Miss Yolanda stole my heart overall , also Miss G was really amazing when she was there. then i met Miss Rita the owner, i NEVER had a problem with her. She’s nothing short of amazing and passionate about her business and the well being of the children. The accountability us parents have to hold like no homework, no stay. Or the 8:30 rule. It kills me some times, wish it was 9 again but i be there lol. No children leaves the school with a runny nose, she believes all children should be picked up how they were dropped off. She doesn’t PLAY but she’s PASSIONATE. Her spirit is positive and she never counts God out of her blessings. I’ve loved every teacher, maybe only an encounter with one, but overall, every teacher has loved and welcomed my son with open arms. I love the discipline of the school – uniforms, homework, prayer, teachers aligned with the rules as well. It’s overall a 5 star daycare/school for our children. Thank you Little Angels! Legend and I, appreciate you!
