My eldest son has been with Jump Dandenong since he was ~2yrs old. He’s now 8 and still enjoy it. Special mention to Dumil for being an excellent teacher. She’s very patient, kind and really nice. My 5 yr old twins are also now confident swimmers. I’m also glad the owner changed location to Genesis, there are now more parking space, cleaner shower/change rooms, and bigger pool.
Zero if a could, so disorganised. We went through 5 teachers in as many weeks to finally get a consistent teacher and to be told we had to change nights and we wouldn’t have the same teacher. Pretty disappointing. New facilities are not great, gym members can access the pool at the same time lessons are on.

I am extremely disappointed with the way the swimming classes were handled. There was absolutely no notice given about the cancellation, leaving me and others inconvenienced and frustrated. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful to disregard your customers’ time and commitment in such a manner. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the organization’s management and customer service standards.

If I could give it a zero I would!
Claiming to be mineral pool….
Never been cleaned professionally
My kids seem to get sick from there once we have our sessions.
Paid for a month in advance and couldn’t attend due to my kids being sick
Never got my money back
I will be also reporting them to the health department.
Highly recommend this swim school for your child. Not only do they get taught in a fun environment but staff are super friendly and great teachers. In particular our favourite swim teachers, Thiaga and Sihon, who were super popular with our son. Thanks to them, his swimming has improved a lot. Thank you all at Dandenong Jump
