I flourished under the influence of the CHS community & the art program flourished under me. It was the most wonderfully rewarding experience of my career and I will never forget the students who touched my life every single day. I never saw so many truly dedicated teachers together in one place and it was amazing, but the real miracle is the people of River Oaks & Sansom Park. The students I taught & their families are the most incredible people I’ve ever had the privilege to meet & call my friends. It’s been 10 years and there are so many that I called “former students” that are just my dearest friends now. I’m an honorary Auntie or Tia to so many precious “nieces” & “nephews” and even though I live an hour away now I still get pictures & messages, the occasional video chat, even a visit now and then!
So! Wonderful School! Magical Place!!
