My student was AMAZING. She did her best and was so sweet and professional. Your teachers need some serious work. The student had never done designs before. When it came to the acrylic nails her teacher Shavaugn(spelling?) Was super helpful and informative with fixing her weaker spots. When it came to my design, the student told me she had never done it before and I was totally fine with it. She did her absolute best and I was happy she kept trying. Her other instructor Yolanda was horrible. When the student asked for help, she came and showed her a quick half-example and left without watching or further help. She tried twice again. After struggling again – being she’s never done it before – she asked the teacher for help again. Without saying a word to me, the instructor instead refused to come over, refunded me for the design, and made the student finish the design. She handed me a refund receipt with no explanation. How are your teachers supposed to teach when they don’t do anything? Pathetic. Your students and the first instructor were amazing. Yolanda needs to be taught how to teach. So disappointing.
They got us in on a walk in basis to do my 10 year old daughters hair and nails. She got her hair half black and half pink, and got acrylic nails with black gel. The service was amazing . Top notch professionalism. The owner was right on property working side by side with these students. I can’t say enough about this business. I was thoroughly impressed. The prices can’t possibly be beat either. We will certainly be back again and again!
The service was OUTSTANDING, I was very pleased with my hair style. Initially I was very concerned with the salons ability to style black hair, but the stylist quickly put my mind at ease. She was very knowledgeable with styling all types of hair. Her warm personality and professional attitude made this a wonderful experience. The overall atmosphere in the salon was fantastic!!
