Best College of Forestry in the USA, and 8th in the world according to the recently created international rating scale. The legacy begun by Peavy has withstood and grown with time in the hall named after him. The advisors are top quality and ensured I didn’t waste time with classes that would not help me. The professors are friendly and quite casual, open to striking up a conversation most anytime in the halls or office. Even Dean Thomas Maness will talk with students and visitors and is out around the college quite often despite his busy schedule. The new building in the works for 2018 will bring the classrooms up to the same quality as the teaching.
