I really can’t say enough nice things about this school. Not only is it A-rated but the Principals and staff are incredible. Everyone seems to have everything in order and it all just seems to run so smooth. We are there on a variance for our two children, and I have such a sense of security when my children are being treated kindly and fairly. The principal is a hummingbird and you see her constantly moving, making sure everything is just right. I am so grateful to have a school that is fun and family oriented. Thank you Vistancia, The wilhelm’s love you.
Lack of accountability for teachers and staff at all levels. The HEAT program is just a buzz word – it doesn’t even comply with the district guidelines. Good teachers exist, but many entertain their classes with Disney movie after Disney movie and put little effort into their lesson planning and instruction. And, expect your children to feel left out if you don’t contribute significant $$ to the numerous fund raising events that fund teacher PTO for many teachers that don’t put effort into their job.
I was a student there and i just wanted to say that that school is TERRIBLE. Enjoy while you can in third grade. Because that’s about the last year you get to EVER have fun then, when you advance to 4th grade, the infractions start to kick in and it sucks for the rest of the time your there. what happens is that the infractions ergo the ones basically from PRISON. all they do is make you really paranoid and it doesn’t teach the students anything! on top of that almost all of the teachers are TERRIBLE!
