Worst high school I’ve ever been to. Do not bother going to this school, Teachers are rude, bullying is very common and unhandled in this school , the school’s administration system is a MESS. Had a bullying situation in this school and it never got handled, went to the office twice to report it as they told me to do so it be dealt with . They never did anything, and the bullies were still in school never got dealt with , this school is a joke. FIGHTS every single day , never felt safe in this school … literally had to remove myself from the school because they just never did a thing. Dont listen to these other reviews, the school in order to cover up the truth they pay other people to make false reviews about the school ! Unbelieve , Beware do not go to this school.
The further south you go in the U.S. the worst schools usually are. I learned this when I went from a decent school in Indiana to this school where no one was learning anything for an entire semester. We annotated the entire semester in english. I “learned” from a workbook in geometry where I could already do all the problems. In art, there were no directions. Kids did whatever they wanted. In french, all we did was write whatever was on the board. You can wonder the halls whenever, you can make-out in the halls and no one says anything, you can cuss at teachers, and teachers can cuss at you. There is bullying at this school, as well.
If you are looking for a caring and nurturing environment for your child, don’t leave it up to the Principal and AD at this school. The principal is afraid of the AD and the AD acts like a teenage thug on social media and at school makes sure that he has control of everything. He never has a kind word to say to anyone including parents and staff. I have NEVER heard one positive word or statement from anyone (parent, student or staff) when describing this person.
