I had a appointment for hair highlights the girl that was going to do my hair her and another girl told me I have to many gray that it will show to do the highlights. They both told me I need brown to go in it,I told them I want highlights after over 30 mins of this the girl said she could something else to put in it I said how much that will be she went to see and came back and told me 50.00 ..then she said she don’t have the time to do it that she has 1:00 appointment for someone else hair.I told them I was there at 10:00 and I thought to myself they have done wasted over 30 mins discussing my hair. I said I will just wait till next week and see about it, the girl that was to do my hair said she might be able to do it tues I said I will have to see ,if I left I sure wasn’t going to come back there. They showed me picture of dark hair and said that is what I need, again I said I want highlights. Then one of them asked me do you want red hair I said no I don’t want no red hair. I said the gray needs to go. Then the girl said here is lighter color brown I said will my hair have highlights in it they said yes. Finally I just said ok. What end up with is brown all the highlights that I did have is gone. I’m so unhappy with it. This was birthday gift to me my birthday is tomorrow 9-7-2022.. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 6 yrs.. I’m so unhappy with it. I do believe when you get your hair done you need get what you want, your hair and your money. I went there before the girl that did it did a great job .Never had problem like this before. I will never go back there again.. They were determined to do what they wanted to do the way I look at it, to talk you in to it. This is the worst birthday I have ever had.Yes I had some gray not solid gray . So unhappy with my hair

This is very poor way to do anyone. They should made it right since wasn’t what I went to have done.I know they’re students, still that isn’t no way to do anyone.

I go the Regina Webb Academy on a monthly basis to have a cut , color and set. The instructors are excellent and I have been impressed with how they interact with the students. They are personable, kind and positive and at the same time, very professional. Instructors share their expertise and experience with the students and check everything they do. I have never had a bad experience. The receptionist is sweet and I recieve terrific customer service. She even called me once when I missed my appointment to see if I was alright. The student they assign me changes as they graduate which is to be expected. When I get a new student, they try to keep her with me until she graduates. The hair cut I get is measured with precision as I have requested. I wear my hair in a vintage style and I am very fussy about the cut. They take thier time and I am never disappointed. I would not consider going anywhere else. I love being a part of a teaching environment and the enjoy the enthusiasm of the students.

This place is a joke, they don’t clean(failed health inspection), over charge and the instructors oh wait, they are never around and when I did see one as I was cutting my own hair (I’m just a customer) but all she did was laugh and keep walking ( her name is Debbie) the finance worker is only there a couple hours a week so if a student has important time sensitive paper work to turn in they can’t due to her only being there on Saturday first thing in the morning. that and they like to lock people out and charge them overages for time they couldn’t enter the building. This place is a scam I would never suggest going here for school or as a customers and my name is Mike Millirones and I would love to see this place closed permanently.
