Been trying to get a list of the kids in my Little girls class (grade 1) wanting to hand out birthday invitations….. apparently there not allow to give that to me not even first names … But if I buy the school photos the names are there what a joke that school is …me and all my siblings went there my mother worked at the school aswell…now I think it’s time to pull my little girl out of there the schools going way down hill
I really like how the school continues to go against mainstream pressures and embrace the outdoor nature and play based teaching. This has allowed my child to develop a love for learning. I have found the teachers, staff and leadership team to be open to discussion about any concerns I have, and I can see they have a genuine passion to see every child succeed. My personal experience to date has validated that this school is a good fit for my child.
My youngest son is 9 the yr 4 teacher push a table on him and i found my child hiding in the park across the street in the bush he only got a warning and training I hope he dosnt do it again to any child my son now has major trust issues and is declining from socially and hates any physical interaction the school only wanted to prosecute me for his refusal im happy to say I now have provisional registration for home schooling. My eldest son is 12 now going to a Christian college had experienced the same violence at the same school ridiculous. The education department should flag this staff are horrid. I would hate to say they are racist as we are mixed indigenous people but that’s how I feel. They failed both my sons.
I would like to share my disappointment in this school.
My 7 yr old son and 9yr daughter have been experiencing bullying.
We have contact the school on several occasions with no resolution.
My kids have received homework and not completed it without my knowledge yet their teachers have said their home work was done perfectly!. How is that possible! (For a full term)
It appears the school is lacking in the staff and their ability to carry out there duties.
I’m only expressing my disappointment in the hope that the school sees this and steps up there standards. As a parent please think twice before choosing this school.
I would not recommend this school, for anyone’s child/ children with needs, I had my son there who has needs and they didn’t bother to help him in anyway what so ever, since changing his schools he is a student who is now thriving in his new school, please don’t send your children there if they have needs
