Staff are always friendly, swim teacher is great with the kids. I like the mineral water instead of chlorine, it’s much nicer for everyone. Change rooms are limited, but you can usually get a table for the little ones. I would like to see them redo the stairs up to the pool, they are a bit damaged and uneven.
We tried Jump Keysborough coz my son is allergic to chlorine and is scared of swimming but just 2 classes and I can see the difference in his swimming abilities. The water is also pure salt water hence no allergies for my son. Very helpful staff too. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.
This place is seriously amazing. All staff and teachers welcome my kid by his name everytime. The admin is very easy going if I ever need to swap times. My son loves going there and is absolutely killing it. thank you guys
Teacher and staff are very good and professional. After trying 2 different swim center my kids now settled in Jump swim keysborough. Thanks you guys and i will highly recommend you.
They said maximum 4 students only but most of the time have 5 students. It supposed to be 30 minutes lesson but normally finish in 25 minutes and 5 students so each student has 5 minutes lesson only. Not worth it.
