I feel compelled to share my experience with Kaplan’s Business Analytics extension course. This course falls short of expectations as it lacks government recognition and isn’t eligible for 485 visa extension. This oversight has negatively impacted many students, myself included, who are now struggling with limited options post-completion.
Great Campus, located in the heart of Sydney CBD!
If you want uncertainty about your application and loose time under false pretext Kaplan Business School is excellent choice.

They will keep you in the dark till the last moment giving you false hopes.

My Kaplan’s ID#1836313, I received a confirmation email with the Offer of Admission from them, but after i accepted the offer and filled it, they commented on my IELTS score in writing which was 5.5 which should not be less than 6.

After resubmission of better scores (Overal 7) they sent me a mail stating that the decision of my “APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL” without mentioning any reason for the same and all that happened before reaching the stage of filling GTE form.

They haven’t replied to my agent upon asking why my application didn’t go through, instead they remain unbothered that their unfair and unprofessional behaviour has caused me to waste my time/ energy and hopes.

PS – THEY ALWAYS CLAIM IN THEIR RESPONSE THAT THEY WEREN’T ABLE TO FIND DETAILS OF THE PERSON POSTING REVIEWS (something really unbelievable), and please check your emails inboxes and you will find my emails seeking a reason for the decision taken by you.

Update 1:
Till date no one from KBS has contacted me regarding my application! Im sure that they dont have any excuse, therefore, they are just giving false hopes again by promising me that someone will be in touch with me! I have lost 2 months because of this university and there is no intake in other universities.

I specifically chose this school because they seem promising. I chose the MBA program. They are a pain to reach to. I was requesting for a new COE because the embassy requested for it, and after several follow-ups, nothing. I even copied in my email the local management team in Sydney. Still no response. When I finally got a response after a few attempts, the reply I got was the littlest bit helpful if any help at all. Absolute waste of time and effort. Speaks a lot about their team and their values (or lack thereof)!
I’ve graduated at Kaplan Business School, for my Master Degree. This is why I think you should consider this school:
a) you can manage your workload, so, if you are usually busy at work, you at least have the opportunity to manage
b) you can add electives according to what the job market is asking for
c) you will access a series of extra content that will give you added value you with employability, like, for example, practical training with softwares like:
– Phyton
– R Studio
– MYOB, Xero

In my opinion, it’s one of the best when considering price/qiality.
