If your doing a CFI renewal with these guys be prepared to be charged. Unprofessional rude staff and customer service. Sad they charge you to renew your certificate. If you don’t live near a flight standards office you are stiffed 50$ for them to process your new certificate paperwork. Really 50$?? Plus 20$ to get your documents notorized if your not lucky enough to find a local notary. Please reconsider the costs you charge considering people have options to renew elsewhere!
I was here this morning at 10:00 for fingerprints with Kenneth Mathews, i loved how people are here, especially Kenneth he was very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you for being very fast and again very nice.
Went on a discovery flight Saturday and it was one of the most exciting moments of my life. My instructor Caleb was very professional and passionate about his job. I recommend this company.
