My experience with the Pittsburgh Barber School was excellent. My Barber was patient and knowledgeable. The service was exemplary. The commeraderie between classmates was friendly and contagious. Kudos to the Instructor for mixing positive reinforcement with solid tutorial pointers and advice. I plan to visit twice a month.
Go to a reputable barber. I asked for a trim. Before I suspected three inches of my hair was on the floor. There were three people assisting. When I voiced my concern one of the instructions informed me that these are students and they are learning. Not a hint that my request was not understood. Stay away is my suggestion.
This place is great.
The teacher, Mr.C, that’s what the student’s were calling him really cares, you can tell.
He took his time to explain to explain his answers to the student and show them if needed.

They are students remember that, still learning and honing there skills.

First time there and I’ll go back.
