Poor communication skills they think youre able to just pick up your kids if theyre having a bad day. They are clueless on how to support and help a 3 year old within 1 week of daycare I had several calls asking can I pick her up. I missed work on several occasions. There education on how to assist a child into transition into a new environment that they lack. If you just need someone to sit with ur kids during your workday perfect if you expect them to assist in their growth this is not the place. In 1 week my 3 year old daughter came home with feces in her panties as they wont assist them. I was called 3 times and asked to pick her up. It was my assumption they were expelling her but they said I disenrolled her which is not true! Then the director had a horrible attitude. Dont trust your children in school this drab careless unsupportive staff is 0 stars.
Me & My family moves to the city back in May & were looking for a daycare my 2 year old had never gone to daycare we was always taken care of my family so it was scary for us we found CLA & hes been there ever since the first month was so hard for my son to get used to but they worked so well with us & him we now drop him off with no problem. If youre a first time parent looking for the perfect first daycare this is it. We love his teachers & everyone there & its a affordable for us.
I love CLA. My kids have been here for 7+ years. The teachers are wonderful and very attentive. My 9-year-old never wants to leave due to the activities they have to learn and are always fun. My 3-year-old just won’t stop talking. I love it, the teachers are very communicative with me. The director Mrs. Eliza is always there greeting and welcoming parents’ early morning. Nice and very clean facility. Thank you so much for all you do, you are definitely my children’s 2nd home. <3
