There is no difference in this school than sending your child to a regular public school, there are no set guidelines made by the school district so this school really has no regulations or guidelines besides what they make up. There is no licensed medical staff! No nurse, my five year old was able to walk out the school so safety does not exist. It will take over a week for the staff to respond. The principal is useless and nonexistent. If you’re just moving to Greensboro do your research and locate a better charter/private school or send your child elsewhere.
I have been going to TMSA since kindergarten and since then up until now the school is really getting more and more advanced and as a stem school it is way better than some public school in various ways such as up to date computers Chromebooks ready to go all the time and smart lab I think is what its called I heard that they installed it this year and will be in use for the upcoming school year
The bus situation is terrible cause they don’t have any. And the pick up situation is abismal, unorganized, and depressing. If you have any mental health issues it will be a trigger. The location is very poorly selected. Why would you put a school in the middle of an industrial park. And as far as quality of education goes, I’m not impressed.
