Staff, teachers and the overall community have been amazing for all the help, support and learning over the years. If you’re in the catchment area, you should consider yourself lucky to have access to one of the best public schools in Canberra.
It’s alright, I guess… My daugthers in there and currently in year 5, she especially dispites one teacher named Miss O-nile (That how you spell it?). “Yesterday she kept on yapping for 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES.” Thats what her freinds told her because she was at a chess compition. She likes teachers that are clam and fun. The teachers she likes are Miss tunner, Mr Joce, Mr fattore, Miss dang and more. The after school care sucks when Emmy left because everything went downhill.Theres plenty of drama there, everyones rude-ish. She only likes the school because she knows the people there (in her grade and some from yr 6,4,3). The grading system there suck because she studies a lot and still doesn’t get an A but last year an austic kid got an a and was favourited by all the teachers plus they said they treat us equaly but yet they favourite and give good grades to the austic kids when they did nothing. When they say “We treat you all the same.” they don’t, they always are so kind to the people they like the most. last year they screamed at everyone but when she talked to the austic kid she was talking to her like the oppisite of being rude. Overall it’s a good school to be in if you get the same experience as her, theres still some red flags there too.
It is an amazing school i am currently in Yr 5 and the teachers here are amazing maybe you guys think that they are very strict on safety but you have to remember that they are doing it for you not for themselves. I totally recommend KPS *Shoutout to all the amazing teachers especially Mr Bryant!
Fabulous and welcoming environment for students. I wasn’t that great of a student but it was sad to leave. I graduated in 2014. Also, from what I’ve heard from my sibling and other students there, the teachers need to calm down on safety.
Too much safety is dangerous in itself. Sometimes, the best way to learn something is too learn it the hard way or through experience.
And wasn’t there supposed to be an Anzac garden?
This school is pretty good but the only thing is that the canteen food of the prices seem to be rising, so though that the canteen is going up in prices it’s still a good school
