The teachers and educators at York Street provide a high quality program to support the inclusion and development of all children. In the three years that my child attended, I found the teachers to be very supportive of our child’s needs and very sensitive when providing guidance. In addition to the daily program, the teachers also used funding to organise an Arabic language program, speech pathology, dental check ups, Body Safety program and many other learning experiences that supported the children’s learning interests. They have been rated as Exceeding the National Quality Standard.
This is the worst kindergarten. My child got bulied in the most awful way and after me reporting this to the teacher she did nothing. I reported it to the Department and after the investigation teachers said they haven’t seen anything. My child now needs to undertake therapy to help her get over her trauma. Your teachers are disgrace as well as your process of investigation. The system is design to protect itself. My advice to all parents is do not send your children here. Absolutely the worst experience that can be.
Good staff nice encouraging faculty and it’s completely focused on child safety. Happy learning
