I can honestly say that Ive never worked at place where I feel confident, appreciated, loved, and above all, happy. Finding a job that fits all of those into one is hard, and Active Learning changed that for me. Jen has created a place where you can go to work and feel loved, cared for, happy, and most importantly, be yourself! The families and children are fantastic. You create such a strong bond with the kiddos and the families! Ive worked at ALA for almost two years now, and I can honestly say that I want my future children to be at this establishment. All of the teachers here are so caring, helpful, friendly, and most importantly, we all love coming to work. Jen has always put the needs of her staff and her establishment first. If youre looking for a place to send your child, I highly recommend ALA.
Our son has been at ALA since September of 23. He was at a previous school and we felt it was time to move on. Our opinion is, ALA meets and exceeds our expectations. Clean, safe, active, involved, good communication, and most importantly, a place our boy likes to go to. Jen and her team have done a great job with family events, activities, and helping our boy potty train. We love when he comes home from school and has a new song to share with us, or a new story from a book they read that day. As we do our drop off and pick up, youll see the teachers actively moving about and being involved with the kids. Thanks for being a safe place for our boy to learn and grow!!
I have been a teacher at ALA for almost 3 years. I have loved all the families that Ive gotten to work with over the years and have had made positive connections with children and families! I look forward each year to work with new toddlers and be apart of their early learning! Jen is the most amazing boss Ive had, she supports all her staff with anything that we our needing personally and within the classroom. My son attends ALA and I would trust my team with him and would support him and I in anything he needs to develop his learning!
