My experience with All Saints College has been deeply distressing, primarily due to the serious issue of teacher-led bullying that my child endured. This single aspect overshadows any other potential merits the school might have.

From the outset, the school’s administration appeared disorganized, but the most alarming problem was the behavior of certain teachers. Instead of fostering a supportive and respectful environment, these teachers engaged in behavior that can only be described as bullying. They frequently used their authority to intimidate and belittle students, a practice completely unbecoming of educators.
The incident that stands out most painfully in my memory involves my child. During a classroom activity, my child, who is naturally reserved, became the target of the teacher’s cruelty. In an utterly unprofessional and damaging manner, the teacher publicly ridiculed my child for a minor mistake, using demeaning language and causing significant embarrassment. This incident not only humiliated my child but also left a lasting scar on their self-esteem and attitude towards school.

The school’s response to this issue was equally disappointing. Despite raising our concerns with the administration, the response was lackluster and dismissive. There was no meaningful action taken, nor was there any assurance of preventing such incidents in the future.

This culture of teacher-led bullying at All Saints College is deeply concerning. It creates a hostile and unsafe learning environment, where students are in constant fear of being the next target of ridicule. The impact on mental health and academic performance can be profound and long-lasting.

In conclusion, All Saints College has failed not just in providing a quality education but, more importantly, in ensuring the basic well-being and dignity of its students. The prevalence of teacher bullying is a glaring issue that overshadows all else. I strongly advise parents to reconsider enrolling their children in this institution.

Attended the college for 1 term, a year 10 student took a poo behind the demon table on the oval, older students had fights in the toilets at recess and lunch, walked in and many people vaping, male and female teachers don’t care about the male students. a year 12 student was getting uber eats every day but my friends weren’t allowed. Got bullied by class of 25 female students for being dark skinned.
The facilities are brilliant. Teaching staff are no different to those employed by public schools: there are exceptional ones and the rest are not. In junior school there seems to be an increasing number of not so experienced teachers.
Enjoyed junior school, but girls gossip too much
So happy our son made the transition to All Saints College during high school. The difference in the behaviour and values of the children was clearly evident. The school is embracing of all children from many different cultures, backgrounds, ability and orientations. The principal Belinda Provis is an outstanding leader for the school and thinks outside the box for the future of schooling. The large majority of teachers are outstanding and a real asset to the school. I wish our son had started from early primary. I wholeheartedly highly recommend All Saints College.
