this establishment is a joke. the owner here is a borderline crook.
we have been having problems in my sons class ALL YEAR. beginning from staff turnovers, lead teacher abruptly resigning. and the final straw for us. a teacher physically pushing a 2/3 year old toddler to the ground in which was seen by parent.
the schools discipline was to give the teacher a warning and “re-train her” which was not good enough for us. we’re not willing to risk the safety of our child. so we dis-enrolled immediately. i received a call from the director stating that we need to give 30 days notice and would be charged for another month.
today is 4/25. we will be charged until 5/25. my son has not been in class since 4/1 as he has been on vacation out of the country. we have agreed to pay full price during this time to hold his spot in class and was given one week free.
the owner here only sees $$$ and does not care about the kids. we parents pay top dollar to send our kids to primrose but they are not spending top dollar to get the best teachers.
be very skeptical of this primrose.

I was very hesitant when enrolling my 3 year old in school. It was the first time she would experience a daycare/school environment and we wanted that experience to be positive. We toured about 4 schools before landing on Primrose Smyrna West. Like many people, money is a concern and the other schools we toured were less expensive which was better for us. But we really wanted to see what the extra money would mean in terms of what we would get at Primrose versus other, similar programs. The answer is EVERYTHING! It’s without a doubt, worth every extra dollar. It’s clean, it’s cheerful, the classrooms are open and bright. The teachers are kind and capable. Even teachers from other rooms will recognize and acknowledge my kiddo when they see her. It’s such a great feeling knowing that she’s cared for. It made having to give up my days with her so much easier.

I’ve been a Primrose of Smyrna West parent since my 1st was 3 months old in 2018. She if 5 now headed to public school in the fall and am confident she is more than ready thanks to the care and education she’s received at Primrose Smyrna West.

My youngest also started at 3 months old in 2021 and we were blessed to have Ms Francis still leading the infant 1 class room. When I was a first time mom going back to work the guilt is strong and so was the worry as your feel no one can care for your baby like you. Well I had 0 concerns with my 2nd because the infant staff is phenomenal. They love your kids like their own.

The teachers are great, the front staff is responsive and does a great job of keeping us parents informed of the happenings. Can’t go wrong!
