Songbird on Montrose fosters a nurturing, warm and playful environment. Our daughter started July 2020- right when daycares opened back up. Songbird does an amazing and thorough job handling covid and we felt safe sending our daughter there. The teachers are great and the app they use is super helpful. We really appreciate getting pictures and videos of our daughter through out the day. Our daughter has flourished there and recommend sending no your little ones there!
They don’t pay their bills. Been trying to collect for 2 years now for a water fountain that was loose. Went there immediately and now nobody knows anything about paying bills. Left several messages for the director to call and nobody even calls. Was just hung up on by an employee at the Ravenswood location. Terrible business that they cant pay bills however probably charge a lot to care for children.
This place is special. They took such good care of my daughter. After the first day, my once-clingy 2.5 year old was all smiles at dropoff and pickup, walking right in every time. She loved the teachers. She loved going to school at songbird. The team is super caring and attentive, and they provide a steady stream of communication throughout the day for parents. Highly recommended!
