My son has attended Blaine School going on four years. Academically the school has been very rewarding for my son. He has made many friends and enjoys attending this school. On the flip side I do not find the many organizations within the school to be welcoming to myself as a parent. The parents who are involved in these organizations are very cliquish and did not make me feel welcomed. However, the parents of the children who are in my son’s classroom are indeed VERY friendly. I will continue to send my child to this school and may move forward to become more involved this year in spite of the unfriendly nature of those involved in the school organizations. Lastly, it is a great joy to be able to drop my son off in the “Kiss and Go” lanes in front of the school!
I see students that attend this school posting on other schools review pages 1/5 stars. So, my response is to do the same to shed a light on your unwarranted and truly disrespectful behavior. These students value their school experiences over others, and that is their opinion. Dont be mad that the schools they hating on have better people, academics, and test scores. Please stay in your own lane. I hope that the rest of your school doesnt follow in the steps that you do. Lastly, I hope that your school is not always respresented by this disgusting behavior.
I know somebody that goes to Blaine Elementary School and she absolutely loves it there. She has made multiple good friends and has joined fun activities throughout the school. There are the downsides of things like not feeling included, a bit of bullying, and a few other things but I know that she enjoys going anyway.
