Honestly, If your not latino or White your experience here is a waste of time. The teacher’s complain often and don’t really go out their way for the students. The principle here (Mr.Del Rio) Is a cool guy, but his co workers aren’t that great. They tend to show favoritism often times and let students go off the hook for Deceitful things. I Recall their was beef between two students, Because Student A was known for touching girls and harassing them at school events. Student B didn’t like Student A because of this matter so they had beef. Remember Mr.Del Rio? Yeah well He began recording Student B at the gas station across the street. The problem here is that It Is in fact illegal to record a minor outside of campus with out consent. Also, Student B wasn’t causing any problems, yet Student A was interrogating Student B so that they could fight. Student B Has gotten into many fights while Student A is now a John Muir which isn’t any better than Bancroft Itself. Mind you, Del rio was protecting Student A and allowed them to stay at school. Favoritism who? Ive also seen students Go to a staff member named ms.Thomas, who is the vice principle at Bancroft middle. Students who are her favorite can go to her if their failing their classes and get their grades changed without work or punishment. You may think I hate Bancroft, but I don’t Im just telling you how it is. The children here use profanity constantly, argue with teachers and fight from time to time. Don’t send your children here- Just keep looking.

My children have attended the school and I am very pleased with the education they have received. The teachers are dedicated professionals.

This school is good but they need to help more their English learners students
