I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS SCHOOL UNTIL THIS YEAR! MY CHILD WAS IN DONNA YOUNG CLASSROOM THIS YEAR AND IT HAS BEEN HELL WITH THESE TWO TEACHERS. I TOOK MY CHILD TO SCHOOL THIS MORNING HAD HIM THERE ON TIME AT 8:00AM AND I GO TO SIGN HIM IN AND LEAVE. DONNA YOUNG TELLS ME HE DOESNT HAVE A CHANGE OF UNDERWEAR I SAID OKAY I WILL GO HOME AND GET THE UNDERWEAR AND BRING THEM BACK. DONNA YOUNG TELLS ME MY CHILD CANT STAY BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE A PAIR OF UNDERWEAR. WHERE IN THE HANDBOOK DOES IT SAY MY CHILD CANT COME TO SCHOOL TO RECEIVE HIS EDUCATION BECAUSE HE DONT HAVE A PAIR OF UNDERWEAR. THIS DID NOT MAKE SINCE TO ME I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO GET THE HANDBOOK I HAVE READ IT TWICE, I DIDNT FIND ANYTHING THAT SAYS HE CANT BE IN SCHOOL BECAUSE OF A CHANGE OF CLOTHING. DONNA YOUNG HAS BEEN DISCRIMINATING MY CHILD ALL YEAR LONG. EVERY WEEK ITS SOMETHING IN HIS SCHOOL. SHE HAS EVEN SAID MY CHILD HAS A BEHAVIOR PROBLEM AT THE AGE OF 4. WHO ARE YOU TO DIAGNOSE MY CHILD AND TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT MY CHILD WHEN YOU ONLY SPEND 8 HOURS OF THE DAY WITH HIM.I TOOK MY SON HOME WITH ME THIS MORNING I WAS NOT EVEN GOING TO TAKE HIM BACK, BUT HE STARTED CRYING BECAUSE HE LOVES SCHOOL HE WANTED TO STAY IN SCHOOL, BUT PEOPLE LIKE DONNA YOUNG WANT LET A BLACK 4 YEAR OLD GET HIS EDUCATION BECAUSE OF SOME UNDERWEAR. AS A PARENT I WANT MORE FOR MY KID I REFUSE TO LET A TEACHER MISTREAT MY KID. I HAVE CALLED THE SCHOOL BOARD I NEED SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS TEACHER.
Had a really bad experience with my 4 year old son.
he actually has ADHD
We had a nightmare on that school, his teacher in stead of help him and understand about ADHD she basically refuse to take the challenge she reject my son and put him in a negative spot making him feel like he was something horrible.
if your kids have ADHD don’t take him/her to that school they don’t really have the knowledge to help kids to learn with that problem.
