I have been at Primrose of North scottsdale for 6 years now. Honestly I thought it was great then and was worried when they sold to the new owners. The new owners brought in a director, Danielle, who has been a God send! She has bypassed my expectations of great and has turned my kids daycare/school to an amazing place for them to learn and be cared for. She has hired and retained the best staff since she took over and there has been No Turn Over in providers which is an amazing feeling knowing the teacher your kid is with vs meeting a new face every couple of months. Ms curley, the infant teacher is the sweetest human. My little man still visits her every day. And his current toddler teacher Ms molina has continued the love and care and he has learned and communicated more w her guidance!
The older tots teachers are also so sweet and I look forward to my little man moving up to their classes. Mrs. Staufer, the Pre K teacher is THE BEST. She prepared my daughter for Kindergarten so well that her Kindergarten teachers were impressed!
I could not say enough wonderful things about this center. I am so grateful for the front office staff, Ms Robles and Ms Toro as they will always provide a friendly face when arriving and leaving and great communication. I have looked at other centers in the past. And they are all mediocre to what this center and team provide for my Littles.
We just started Primrose this past week and so far so good! We love the electronic communication that we didn’t have at our previous daycare (we checked a bulletin board for updates at our old one) and love that there is more structured curriculum. I don’t know about teacher turnover since I have just met our teachers and they are consistent – when we pick our son up, it is a different teacher since it’s late in the day and I’m sure they consolidate rooms. I feel like teacher turnover though can be common at daycare’s though since we experienced it at our old one so I don’t really view this as a critical part of the daycare experience. One thing my husband loved was how interactive the afternoon teacher was with our son during pick up one day. He was the only one in class and she was actively engaging and playing with him. Anyway – would definitely recommend! I’ve only met one of the owners and he is great and friendly, also Toni on the admin staff is also warm and friendly!
We are so grateful for Ms. Holmes and her staff at Primrose. They are not just trusted caregivers, they go above and beyond for the entire family of their students. The facility is impeccably clean, secure, and well run, the teachers and staff are so attentive and focused on providing a caring and educational environment for the kids, and we have zero concerns every time we drop off the kids in their care. Finding someone that truly cares for your kids and respects your family values and routines is difficult, and we have won the lottery with Primrose. They have consistently delivered, not just the first month, but continuously with the highest level of commitment to our children and our family. We love Primrose!!
