Both of my children have attended La Piazza Academy where there is a strong community of parents and children. The owners, faculty, and staff foster a warm community experience that enrichens learning and kindness. My children savored the time there with their teachers and friends enjoying going to school and when it applied remaining in the after care school program. I never had to worry about my kids when they were there because they were looked after well and really liked staying in aftercare. Most of the time, my 6 yo would ask me to pick him up later because he has so much fun with his other friends. This school has really brought lots of learning and joy to my kids!
My son started PK1 at La Piazza when he was 16 months old and became a strong walker. The past 3 years have been incredible watching him flourish into his own and develop an early love for learning. His teachers and staff have always been so incredibly loving, supportive and nurturing. For a child so young, I truly believe LPA was the best decision we made to introduce him to structure and the daily routine of going to school. The culture at LPA is so warm and safe as if he had a second home. He truly loves being part of something so special. He loves his school, friends and teachers. I would whole heartedly recommend La Piazza as a wonderful first school experience.
We have had a wonderful experience with La Piazza for both our children and I would strongly recommend this school for the early stages of childhood education. The staff is very caring and the main teachers have been great with the children. The pre-school facilities are nice given the school size, with spacious classrooms and plenty of natural light. We are big fans of progressive education and the Montessori & Regionals Emilia approach has worked well for our family. After the successful summer camp experience with demanding COVID protocols, were happy to be starting our 3rd school year at LPA.
