Have applied for my Son in KG, requesting a Catholic discount, we are an Orthodox Church members, we been declined, and requested to pay the full amount since we are not catholic members, I felt disappointed, since I have three other friends, from same orthodox Church, their kids go to st. Mary magdalen, they were able to get the Catholic discount, as the principle stated that , as long as they are a church members, practice, that’s all about!
Also I been told that Greek Orthodox members they qualified for the discount at annunciation catholic Academy
I don’t really appreciate that
Specially I have asked before I submit the registration and paid the registration fees, they said you have to pay first and finish with the registration before we let you know
I was a student at this school from kindergarten to the fifth grade; six years. I am currently in the eighth grade. The whole time I was there I was extremely bullied. Bullying has not been taken seriously at all in this school. I am extremely disappointed with the way bullying is treated, even today. My mother has reached out to parents of children who still go to that school, and it has not gotten better, in fact it has gotten worse, much worse. Is the education good there, yes, but if you want your child to be bullied and mentally uncared for, do not fret sending them there.
All of my children have attended, or are currently attending, this amazing school. We have been part of the ACA family for over 11 years and are so thankful we chose to send our children here. The student body, faculty and staff are amazing. The education my children receive is top notch. The morals and Catholic values that are reinforced at Annunciation Catholic Academy are invaluable. As a retired elementary school teacher I know what a great school is and this is an amazing place!
