I called and asked about the summer camp for my child in April. They never told me from the beginning that they are full. They wait for me to pay $150 the registration fee to secure the place and then told me they are full right now. If I know they dont have space for summer camp for my child, I would not paid $150 just to be on the waiting list for only 2 months of summer break whereas I can enroll him into somewhere else. Right after I paid the registration, I got the email said to schedule the orientation. So I called them back right away to schedule next Monday for orientation. Next Monday when I came which I had to take off from work, the director told me I need to fill out the form so I asked her can I filled out right now and gave them back because I already took a day off for today just to go there and do their paperwork. She said no because it could be more convenient to her for me to come back next week for the orientation. So I lose my work day to got there for nothing. Next Monday again which I had to take off from work again when I went there to hand them all the paperwork they asked to fill out, the director told me oh today not for me, she had an appointment with somebody else. She will email me later. Who would want to pay $150 just to be on the waiting list for only 2 month of summer camp? They should just tell me right from when I called the school about the summer camp so I dont have to waste my time and money to do all the touring, take 2 days off just to go there for nothing. And now I take another weeks off from work to watch my kid. If you cant provide the service, just refund the registration fee back and I go pay somewhere else. Now I call them to ask to fix the issues, all I hear is the director go on vacation. It has been over a week that she is on vacation. All they want is for you to pay the money and sit there and wait. Dont bother to send your child over there when all they show is the lack of professionalism and organization.
I do not recommend to send your kid here.
