The teachers are wonderful but the Schools store website is terrible, the constant fund raisers is annoying, they use 4 different apps for communication between parents and admin so it is incredibly hard to keep up with current information. The admins often post the wrong information and end up updating it with correct dates or time, cost etc, Then they get mad when parents are confused about where to find the correct information. The “School nurse” Is actually the HR woman so she is constantly pulled in different directions and cannot possibly direct all of her attention to all kids who need a nurse. They say they are strict on dress code but that is untrue, it is a constant fight with my KG when it comes to dress code and explaining why she cannot break the dress code rules but other kids can. The homework is unending, even for KG. The principal is not involved with the students at this school or the parents from what I have seen and from my own experiences, halfway through the school year and my two kids had no idea who the principal was or what she looked like. This school has a high turnover rate because of how administration treats their employees, I personally have seen the principal yelling at a student and she has been known to yell at her employees. There are ups and downs to every school, but if you’d like a headache and the inability to communicate with the administrative staff or the principal then this school is for you. ALSO, the uniform store they use is a total nightmare, you will order your uniforms and not hear a single word about your order 2-3 months later or until you call asking.
Everything is fantastic except for a couple of key issues:
?? Lacks transportation/no school buses; students must be dropped off and picked up at the school every day.
?? Slightly related: clearly ??=the drop off/pick up line was meant to be functional and efficient;roven by the size & shape of the absolutely ridiculous parking lot. One morning I was attempting to drop my minion off at about 8am and I was concerned about my son getting to his classroom late (class starts at 8:05am, I b believe). That particular day also happened to be a field trip day for some students, so there were two Very. Large. greyhound-type charter buses waiting out front of the school’s office entrance – which is also right in front of the second parking lot entrance, diagonally. They effectively halted all traffic for nearly 10 minutes until a member of the school’s staff reopened the gate for the second entrance so parents could maneuver their vehicles through the already unreasonably sharp and narrows it 666 curves and turns of the obstacle course. I mean parking , sorry. Having those buses sitting in the lot during morning drop-off was a mean joke someone played on us that da’cccç3y

Worst school ever!!!they are about quantity not quality.
New building and lots of technology that’s about it. ??No nurse on campus??
School doesn’t have gym( kids run labs on the parking). NO recess at this school.
Traffic is ridiculous.

If the schools’ education system were effective, how many students would need tutoring? All of this extracurricular study is unnecessary; after all, schools have children for 6-7 hours a day. That’s more than enough to give them a proper education .

If a teacher’s job is to do just that – teach – no tutors should be required.
Be prepare to hire tutors $$$
This is NOT “A” rated school.
