This is the worst place in the world you can find. My high schooler picked this place to get his drivers license, they ignored his multiple phone calls to schedule his in person driving. Poor kid called them during school lunch breaks. They promised to get back and they never did. So I had to step in and deal with this. Now every time I call they schedule one session for my son, and then they send me a text message to cancel it just before the class. I called 5 times now, and every time they said they call me back, but they never did. Whats wrong with this place? Customer service is the worst Ive ever seen! Dont go to this place! My son has been waiting for 2 months, and still no driving session scheduled. If my last try failed, I will have to call the credit card company to refund my money.
I’v been driving since I was 16 years old. And I did not know exactly how to reverse park. I am 61 years old now and just learned how to reverse park. Now I can do it without thought and defencely. Top Driving School is a very Patient , Detail and professional School. I really was shocked how much I didn’t know about driving. Now Im confident and safer on the road. They took me to MVA and Properly to receive my license. I have a lot of Gratitude , and it didn’t
take long at all. I love you TOP DRIVING SCHOOL . I really, really recommend TOP DRIVING SCHOOL
Terrible experience, waste of time. The manager calls with one appointment time, then the receptionist calls with an earlier time. I arrive and see no one. The next day I take time off from work to go and find that the receptionist is clueless since she’s new. And the manager is nowhere to be found except on the phone. The online form on the website doesn’t work either. I’d rather go elsewhere, where they actually care about providing a service.
