This pool has started to go downhill, extra surcharges for paying in the centre, pool can be cold at times, equipment breaking being blamed for coldness of the pool or extra condensation, showers barely work and fit out seems to be at least 30 years old and in desperate need of a facelift, particularly considering the fees they charge. The change rooms are run down and if you go on weekends it can be hard to get a car park or a spot in the changeroom, no family changeroom which makes it hard changing more than one child by yourself. For the most part the teachers are nice. Our biggest gripe is the amount of “make up” sessions we end up with due to illness and holidays and instead of being able to use these sessions in place of regular classes you have to do extra sessions which sucks with young kids who then start to hate going when you’re trying to catch up sonkanu. We still have 8 catch ups despite going twice a week for 6 weeks.
We’re moving on from this place and keen to see what else is out there.
Decent teachers, exercises and individual feedback however not a single shower works properly in the boys facilities. It is an absolute nightmare trying to rinse off kids < 10 with drips coming out of the shower heads. There are some major plumbing issues and considering the costs involved for lessons, one would think that the facilities would be attended to. We will be looking at alternative schools sadly as this is n unwelcomed inconvenience.
My 10yo just started private swimming lessons and I couldn’t be happier. Her teacher is amazing, kept her engaged the whole lesson, so encouraging and enthusiastic, she loved every second of it.
We’ve had an amazing experience at splash. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, creating a positive atmosphere for the kids. Their warmth has made our swimming journey even more enjoyable. Kudos to the team for their fantastic work!

We use splash Berwick for our 18 month old and we just love it. What makes them different is the quality service. This is the only business I dealt in my whole life time where every single staff provides quality service. They helped us every single time we contacted them. I am sure management is doing something right that they are hiring all quality staff. You are lucky to have them in your team.
Even if I move to a different suburb I will always use them and would recommend them to every1.
