This 1 star review is due to an issue I had with the administration of the Paramount School of Arts and not any of the teachers or courses. In January of 2022, the school advertised their classes as being “IN PERSON,” the first since being remote due to the pandemic. I enrolled in one of their courses, however, a couple days before the class started, they changed it to remote. Remote classes were not an option for me so I requested that they reimburse me due to the fact that they changed their offering after I had paid. Their staff refused to compensate me, pointing out their No Refund policy. I understand a no refund policy but that doesn’t apply when the seller changes the agreement after the purchase was made. They also said they would give me a credit to use on a class at another point in time but I can no longer attend so that does me no good.
