This school is racist the white students at the school treat the black students as if they dont belong the principles and the teachers try to cover it up. This has happened twice with the school. If your child is in Girl Scouts, I advise you to go to the meetings with your child, especially if your child is African-American. African American children at Girl Scouts do not get the privilege like the white kids that Ive seen this firsthand for myself. This is why I removed my children from their troop. The principal lies and cover up the fact that White parents and students dont want their children playing with African American children. When I complain that a child told my child that she cannot play with them because she was not White the principal lied and said that the class was working on who am I unit, when in fact, who am I came out in the beginning of the school year in August. This is now October. The fact that-she told me a lie to cover up the fact that the white student told my African-American child that she cannot play with them because she was black. This school needs to be investigated I am contacting the school board today and even contacting a news station. This school needs to be ashamed for the actions. Then they sent me a 1 sentence report following up on their investigation. 1 sentence now. We are talking about a white child who is kicking pushing and hitting my child and who makes racial comments as well.
This was a very experienced school for me, and it help me get on the right track to success! I never thought that I’d live without my pals who went there, but when I left the school and went to the school they chose for me, it was MAGNIFICENT! French Immersion taught me mostly everything I needed to know for middle school so once I got there, their work was like a piece of cake. French is everything to me and just knowing I can speak it is an AMAZING feeling and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! What I’m basically trying to say is that thx to French Immersion, I’m bilingual and I don’t know WHAT I would’ve done without them. The teachers and everyone there take time out to take care of you and help you with everything. It was this one teacher who helped me for like a whole week on just one little question and didn’t stop until I got what that question meant. That’s what teachers are supposed to do! It’s not only that but u would think some lunches are nasty, well not this one! All their food is DELICIOUS! And the teachers are funny too!
Delightful school. They are making virtual school so effective. They provide packages of supplies and assignments for use at home. The teachers have mastered the virtual environment. They are making a difficult and dangerous situation safe and predictable for students and parents. The lunch lady…(me), is not the greatest but i am not a professional so my granddaughter has learned to make do.
