I had my daughter enrolled in the Montessori program and we only lasted 6 months.

Don’t be sucked in by the Montessori program, it’s not worth the risk to your child’s wellbeing.

The foul language and bullying in the playground is completely out of control. My daughter witnessed and was also the target of some pretty awful verbal abuse. Thankfully we left before anything physical happened, some of her friends were not so lucky.

The only positive thing I can say is my daughter had a lovely teacher, Claire. It’s such a shame because there is so much potential and a definite need for a Montessori school in the bayside area.

The worst school, my daughter put up with bullying for 3 years, school did nothing. Bullies are a protected species. A couple of great teachers but far outweighed by the amount of teachers and principles who do not care or want to do anything. We have left the school and know numerous other families that have had the same experience. STAY AWAY from this school at all costs
Most disorganised school you will find. Information and updates usually received after the occasions.
Teachers and staff do not seem to have access to email, well either that or they are to arrogant to reply.
Safe guarding is a huge issue.
the worst school (other than Wellington point) I’ve ever been to and experienced for my last 2 years of high school. I was bullied during year 12 my last year, was hit by another student multiple times and even after walking away I was still chased. The teachers at the start were somewhat sympathetic but this girl was only suspended for 2 weeks and still went back to class like normal. Due to my mental health I could not return back and had to sit in the office for many weeks to avoid these students that I was also being bullied by. Once it settled down and I was ready I was then further bullied and had students that were seen as friendly do the most horrific and unusual thing to me because “no one liked me” (ps. this was done by the school captain). The teachers did nothing g to prevent this from happening and I had no emotional or physical support from anyone at this school. I had to drop out with 1 term left due this. Take my advice and do not send your child to this school, bullying is a big thing here that is not prevented by any principles or teachers. Please be mindful.
This School provides excellent service to students, when in need. The strictness of all Principals, Deputy Principals and Staff is astonishing when students aren’t following set expectations as outlined in the Prospectus. Overall, I give it a 8/10. To improve this I recommend faster internet access for all students, as well as homework being approximately around three hours a night for each individual. Also, I would like to see building improvements and maybe better ground maintenance.
Thanking You
